摘要
职务犯罪是腐败现象的极端表现 ,它直接危及政治稳定、国家政权 ;妨害行政管理的现代化 ;阻碍经济发展 ;诱发更多的犯罪行为。因此加强对职务犯罪的预防刻不容缓 ,具体应从法律、制度。
The extreme expression of the corruption is crime of abusing power. It directly shakes the base of political steady and political power. Meanwhile it harmes the modernization of the executive administration and the economic development. Thereby it would lead to more criminal act. So it is time to strengthen the prevention of this kind of crime from the law, the regime and the education.
