摘要
思想政治工作在依法治国中的作用 ,表现在对人的法律观念、法律意识、权利的主张精神和坚定的护法精神的培养等方面。思想政治工作在发展社会主义民主政治中的作用 ,主要是针对社会主义初级阶段的国情而言的。其作用主要表现在 :鼓励人民当家作主 ,引导人民正确行使当家作主的权利 ,达到“以人为本”、“尊重人的权利”
This paper discusses the role of ideology and politics in the ruling of the country by law and building socialist democracy.
