摘要
中国人礼法观念变迁的大致线索是从礼治 ,到法治 ,到礼法结合 ,德法并治。从法的历史角度分析了中国人礼法观念变迁的过程 ,明确“德法并治”
The historic changes of Chinese view about law and discipline rite are roughly divided into three stages including feudal code of ethics,government by law,and ruling morally and legally by combining the two formers.The changing procedure of Chinese view about law and discipline rite is analyzed from the historical angle of law,make clear that it is a historic necessity to establish the view of ruling morally and legally.
