The mixed operation of the financial industry involves banking,insurance,securities,trust,futures,etc. It requires a series of conditions:building up the fully-developed securities market;fostering financial organizations' ability to control the risks of mixed operation;strengthening the construction of the financial supervision and management mechanism;realizing marketization of interest rate;improving financial law.
