摘要
无论是发达国家还是欠发达国家 ,不可避免地都会出现地区非均衡性发展格局 ,面临公平与效率的两难境地。我国作为地区非均衡发展较为明显的发展中国家 ,一直都在寻找经济发展过程中公平与效率的最佳结合点 ,以谋求东中西部地区经济的共同进步。而目前地区经济发展面临的最大矛盾 ,就是东中西部地区工业化水平失衡发展、农村工业化进程缓慢和区域市场发展的不协调。因此区域市场和农村工业化协调发展成为推进中西部地区工业化进程的重要环节。
Inconsistent regional economic development will break the balance between equal development and efficient development of the whole economy, regardless the difference between developed and a developing country. As a developing country with distinct inconsistent regional economic development,China has never stopped searching for the best combination of equality and efficiency to guarantee a coordinated development of the east and the west part of the country.The main problems for the country are the inconsistent industrialization of the east and the west,slow industrialization of rural areas,and uncoordinated development of regional markets.It is concluded that coordinating development of regional market and rural industrialization is a key process to improve the industrialization of the central and western China.
