摘要
控规法律地位的提升将是我国城市规划的发展趋势,通过简要介绍德国规划层次的形成及对深圳市法定图则存在问题的分析,从控规法律化以后的角度思考我国规划体系应完善之处。
It is inevitable in our country'surban planning that the regulatory de-tailed planning's legal status should beelevated. This paper analyses the levelsof urban planning in Germany and theproblems in the statutory plans inShenzhen,and gives some advices onhow to improve the system of urban plan-ning from the point of view that the regu-latory detailed planning is to be legalized.
