摘要
本文根据上海“派比安”台风实测风速资料 ,运用快速傅立叶变换得到了“派比安”台风的水平风速功率谱和垂直风速功率谱 ,并把实测风谱与常用水平脉动风谱和垂直脉动风谱相比较 ;在Kolmogrove理论的基础上 ,对实测水平脉动风谱和垂直脉动风谱进行了曲线拟合 ,得到了水平脉动风功率谱和垂直脉动风功率谱常用拟合曲线。
Based on the actual measurement data of the wind speed of'pba' typhoon in Shanghai, the horizontal power spectrum and the vertical power spectrum of wind speed are deduced in this paper by applying the fast fourie transformation and the deduced results are compared with the horizontal power spectrum and the vertical power spectrum of wind speed usually used in the engineering. According to the basis of Kolmogrove theory, the fitting curves of the horizontal power spectrum and the vertical power spectrum of wind speed are developed from the in situ measurement data.
