摘要
通过对黄土高原生态植被建设中存在的问题及其原因分析 ,提出了应遵循自然规律 ,发掘生态功能强的植物种类 ,创建良好的混交植被结构 ,强化投入、管理和生态教育等相应对策。提出应变“以经济效益为主”为“突出生态效益 ,进行经济效益时空补偿”
In view of the problems existed in eco vegetation construction in loess plateau, the causes and solutions are put forward to. The viewpoints are as follows: complying with natural laws; seeking various plant resources with high eco efficiency; establishing mixed structure with varies of plant; inputting more and taking rational management; developing awareness education. It is important to turn 'economic return first' into 'devoting much more attention to eco environment', and to take a compensation in economic return by accordance with the characteristics of varies areas at certain period.
