摘要
知识经济时代对高校的人才培养提出了新的要求 ,实验室是创造性人才培养中的基地和摇篮 ,实验室工作要以学生为中心 ,建立有利于学生发展的实验室管理运行机制 .
In knowledge economy epoch,new challenge has been advanced to training of person with ability in high school.The paper discusses the effect of lab on original person cultivating and brings forward that students are the center of laboratory.The running mechanism of lab management should be established to benefit the development of students.
