摘要
讨论了楔式闸阀双闸板新型密封结构 ,分析了闸板的受力情况 ,验算了顶芯强度 ,用顶芯球面补偿由于加工误差和温度变化对阀体密封面楔角的影响。
Double plate sealing structure was discussed in wedge gate valve, force condition of the plate was analyzed Strength of the top core was checked in order to compensate wedge angle of valve seal surface with globe surface of top core and eliminate effect on plate produced by manufacturing error and temperature changes
