双层绕管换热器的数学模型与检验 被引量:4

The mathematical model and test of double spiral coil heat exchanger

摘要 提出了利用发动机排气余热的双层绕管换热器的数学模型 ,并对模型进行了实验验证。通过比较计算换热量与实际换热量 ,证明该数学模型是可行的 ,理论计算热量与实际检测换热量误差小于 7 2 %。 A mathematical model of double spiral coil heat exchanger which makes use of the engine exhaust heat was set up, and the experiment was carried up The calculated exchanged heat of the mathematical model was compared with that of the tested The result showed that the mathematical model was applicable, and the difference of exchanged heat between the calculated and the tested was less than 7 2%
