摘要
随着高校后勤社会化改革的深入 ,高校安全保卫工作由过去封闭、半封闭转为全方位开放 ;高校后勤由原服务性单位转为企业化管理实体 ;治安环境由单纯化转向复杂化 ,工作方式由过去内部管理转为社会化管理。新时期要作好安全保卫工作必须加强政治思想教育 ,健全制度 ,规范管理 ,落实责任制 ,与公安机关密切配合 。
With the depth of reform on socialized logistics in the universities and colleges, security service has opened wide at every side instead of closed type and half-closed one ; managerial entity of enterprise has taken the place of the service unit; complex environment of the peace replaces the simple one; the working way of internal management has changed into socialized one. During the new period, security service includes: enhancement of political and ideological education; improvement of system, specialization of management; implementation of responsibility system; co-ordination with the public security organs and strengthening of management
