摘要 分析了传统QFD规划方法存在的问题 ,在系统考虑工程特性自相关矩阵影响的基础上 ,通过定义修正关系矩阵的概念 ,以顾客满意度最大为目标函数 ,建立了一个非线性QFD规划模型·并将该模型应用于乳化炸药包装机质量改进·工程实践表明 ,该模型能够充分利用质量屋中各个组成部分的信息权衡、优化质量屋中存在的各种矛盾和冲突 ,确定工程特性目标值 ,利用同一资源实现多种目标 ,使所设计的产品在有限的资源约束下能最大限度地满足顾客需求· QFD utilizes House of Quality(HOQ) to provide a conceptual map for design process, as a construction for understanding Customer Requirements (CRs) and establishing priorities of Engineering Characteristics(ECs) to satisfy customer wants. Some methodological problems in the conventional HOQ were discussed. Taking account of the effects of correlation matrix, a nonlinear programming model for selecting an optimal set of ECs was presented by introducing a new concept of modified relation matrix. The proposed model was applied to the quality improvement problem of emulsion dynamite packing-machine as an illustrative example. The model can help design team make full use of information of every part in HOQ, tradeoff various conflicts, set target values of ECs,use same resource to achieve multi-goals and maximize customer satisfaction with limited recourses.
