摘要
分析了信息环境下高校图书馆用户需求的变化 ,从馆藏数字化、网络化建设以及人员的培养方面介绍了大庆石油学院图书馆为满足用户需求的变化所采取的措施。
The paper analyses the change in university consumer's requirement in the information circumstance.It introduces the measure was used to satisfy the consumer in library of DaQing petroleum institute in the sides of the stores of the stores figure,the network construction,and the personnel cultivate.
