摘要
本文阐述了在网络环境下 ,图书馆要适应信息业的竞争 ,就要适应时代对图书馆馆员的职能进行转变 ,以及对馆员的知识结构的重组。只有这样 ,图书馆才能持续发展 ,才能在未来的信息竞争中立于不败之地。
The paper discusses that a library must adapt to the changes of librarian's professional function and the reorganizations of librarian's knowledge structure to confront the competition in information industry,If library should adapt competition in information industry in a network environment.Only with this adaptation,a library can get a continual evolvement and win a competition in future information industry.
