摘要
本文导出了适用于计算各类滚动轴承脂润滑弹流膜厚的公式。计算中不需要轴承的细部尺寸,计算简便,精度较高。理论计算与实验结果十分接近。文中对若干影响膜厚的因素进行了讨论并给出了计算实例。
Based on a film-thickness formula developed by author, derived are equations for calculating grease-lubricated ehd film-thickness between rolling elements and races of various types of rolling bearing. The dimensional details of the bearing elements, which are not known to the bearing users, are not needed in applying the equations. The calculation is simple and convenient and gives results of great accuracy. The calculated results are further verified by experimental ones. Some factors affecting the grease film thickness are discussed. Illustrative examples are given.
