摘要
目的 :研究脑卒中偏瘫患者患侧肢体正中神经的神经生理学变化。方法 :根据Brunnstrom分级 ,将 80例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为 3组 ,应用肌电图技术 ,记录其患侧肢体的F波参数 ,并与正常组进行比较。结果 :1组 (BrunnstromⅠ—Ⅱ级 )患者患侧肢体正中神经的F波参数较正常对照组明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2组 (BrunnstromⅢ—Ⅳ级 )患者患侧肢体正中神经的F波参数较正常对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。 3组 (BrunnstromⅤ—Ⅵ级 )患者患侧肢体正中神经的F波参数高于正常对照组 ,其中动态情况下增高明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脑卒中后运动模式的动态变化过程是一个异常运动模式构筑化的过程。
Objective: To evaluate changes of neuroelectricity physiology in involved side in patients after stroke. Method: Various parameters of the F-wave response, including amplitude and persistence have been determined in patients with unilateral hemiplegia and health subjects of both sexes in the same rang by DNI-200P myograph. Result: The student′s T test and χ 2 test were performed in the statistical treatment with SAS software as control. In Group 1(Brunnstrom Ⅰ-Ⅱ) the F amplitude and persistence were significantly reduced ( P <0.05) in the involved side of upper limb as compared with the controls. It was increased on the involved side in upper limbs ( P <0.05) in Group 2(Brunnstrom Ⅲ-Ⅳ) compared with the controls in Brunnstrom stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ(Brunnstrom Ⅴ-Ⅵ). The F-wave parameter was increased in involved side in stroke patients compare with controls in Group 3( P <0.05). Conclusion: The changes after stroke was a process of the establishment of stereotyped movement.
