摘要
制备了Na_2O含量较高的Na_2O-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2四元系玻璃,测定了它们的电导率及电导率与组分的关系。用NMR和IR谱对该玻璃作了结构基团研究。所制备样品在300℃下的电导率可达10^(-3)Ω^(-1)cm^(-1)以上。当用Al_2O_3代B_2O_3时,样品电导率升高,并对此从结构上作了解释。
Some glass samples of the Na_2O-Al_2O-3-B_2O_3-SiO_2 system have been prepared. The electrical conductivity, NMR and IR spectra are measured. The change of the conductivity with the Al-2O_3 composition has been studied. The conductivity which is larger than 10^(-3)(Ω.cm)^(-1) is obtained in some samples. It is found that the conductivity of the samples increases on the substitution of Al_2O_3 for B_2O_3 and the results are discussed based on the microstructure of the glasses.
