分析了连云港市噪声污染情况及发展趋势 ,针对连云港市实际情况 ,在对策上提出了四条建议 :(1)明确噪声控制规划目标 ;(2 )划分声环境功能区 ;(3)制订噪声控制规划方案 ;(4)
The paper analyses the noise pollution in Lianyungang city and its worse tendency. In view of existing situation, the author puts forward the following four suggestions:(1)a clear aim at controlling noise pollution;(2)division of the functional regions for sound environment;(3)formulation of the scheme for controlling noise pollution;(4)planning for citizens' instructive activities.
