摘要
应用动脉灌注法 ,观察股骨近侧端动脉血液供应有关的动脉血管来源、分支及走向。观察结果表明 :供应股骨近侧端的血管主要有5条 ,股深动脉、旋股内动脉、旋股外动脉、臀前动脉和臀后动脉。在以上动脉中旋股内动脉是最主要的供血动脉。股后动脉后部发出的升支与臀后动脉、股深动脉和旋股内动脉的肌支在股后肌群中存在大量吻合支 ,故可认为 ,股后动脉也与股骨近侧端血液供应有关。
The arterial supply of the extremitas proximalis of the femur and the origin,branch and route of the arterial vascularies supplying the extremitas proximalis on the adult dog have been obsered by means of aterial perfusing.The results showed that:there are five arteries supplying the extremitas proximalis of the femur and they are the A.profunda femoris,the A. circumflexa femoris medialis,the A. circumflexa femoris lateralis,the A. glataea cramialis.The A.glutaea caudalis and the A.circumflexa femoris medialis is the main artery among them.The A.femoris posterior gives off the ascending branch behind it ,which has lots of anastomose branches with the Rami.muscularis of the glutaea caudialis,the A.profunda femoris and the A.circumflexa femoris midialis in the posterior femoral muscules .So,the A.profunda femoris is relative with the artery supply of the femur.
