摘要
介绍一种将故障诊断理论应用于工业现场的方案———基于分布式数据采集系统和集成神经网络的大型风机在线监测和故障诊断系统。系统利用自行开发的FADM - 4 0 0 0模块采集处理振动信号 ,利用集成神经网络模型对大型风机进行在线故障识别。并通过一应用实例 。
The paper presents a program for applying fault-diagnosing principle on industrial spot,a design of on-line moniforing and fault-diagnosing system for massive fan based on distributed data collecting system and integrated neural network,whick uses self-developed module FADM-4000 in collecting and processing vibration signals and used integrated neural network in identifying on-line fan fault,and its effectiveness is confirmed with a practical illustration.
