摘要
将传统的Pb -Sb合金阳极同新型变质Pb Ca及变质Pb Ca Sn合金阳极进行工业化对比试验 ,并对 3种合金材料进行了显微组织分析。试验结果表明 ,变质Pb Ca Sn合金阳极在电积铜工艺条件下长期服役的稳定性较好 ,综合性能优于变质Pb Ca合金和Pb
The modified Pb Ca(0 12%) alloy and modified Pb Ca Sn alloy anode are studied compared with the traditional Pb Sb(4%~5%) alloy anode, and applied to the electro winning copper with industrial dimension The results show that the corrosion resistance of Pb Sb alloy is the poorest one among the three Meanwhile, from metallographical analysis, X Ray diffraction and EPMA, two new anodes overcome the shortcomings of Pb Sb alloy, but the comprehensive properties of modified Pb Ca alloy is worse than the modified Pb Ca Sn alloy, and the modified Pb Ca Sn alloy possesses higher corrosion resistance, higher electric efficiency
