摘要
根据流体力学和砂型铸造的特点建立了该条件下的控制方程、求解方法、初始条件及边界条件 ,并利用所建立的数学模型模拟了一试验件 ,在模拟的过程中分别用 2种方法对流场进行了模拟 ,并与实测结果进行比较 ,结果表明 ,采用充型过程的方法更接近实测值。
The mathematical model, which consists of control equations solving method and initial condition, has been put forward on the basis of mechanics and character of sands casting. The simulation results are consistent with the real results.Two different methods have been used to simulate fluid flow.The results show that the second method is more accurate for real testing than the first one.
