摘要
建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定水质中酚含量的方法 ,对测试条件进行了系统的讨论 .该法的检出限为 4 0× 10 - 5mg/L ,回收率为 92 3 %— 98 1% ,相对标准偏差小于 6 6% .该法灵敏度高 ,与国标法比较 。
We have developed a method for determining phenolie compounds contens in water by Capillary Column Gas Chromatography.The detection limit,relative standard deviation and recovery of the method are 4.0×10 -5 ?mg/L,6.6% and 92.3%-98.1% respectively.This method is accurate. By comparison with the international method there is no evident difference in the result.
