摘要
通过对我国图书馆界现行“三线典藏制”藏书布局的分析,提出应转变思想观念,确立“藏为用”的思想。充分挖掘“三线基藏书库”文献优势,开展信息服务。
This paper analyses the arrangement of current preservation in 'Three-level Preservation System',points out that the old idea should be changed into the new one of 'preservation for use'.People ought to make full use of the advantages of documents in the book storehouse of 'Three-level Basic Preservation'.
