经济发展和社会进步,需要物质资源作基础,更需要人的知识和能力作支撑。当今世界,人力资源与知识资本优势的独特性已成为企业重要的核心技能,人力资源管理也随着经济全球化、信息化的到来而呈现出新的发展趋势,认识和把握这些趋势,对于加强企业人力资源开发与管理具有十分重要的现实意义。
The development of economy and society notly on is based on material resources but also depends on the knowledge and capacity of people. In the modern world the superiority of human resource and intellectual capital has been become an essential part of an enterprise, the management of human resource has showed a new trend with the globalization and coming of the information age. Thus seizing the opportunity is important for the enterprises to strengthen the use and management of human resource.
