昆虫拒食活性倍半萜的研究 被引量:6

摘要 应用高效反相层析,从云南白杜(Euonymus bungeanus Maxim.)种子油中分得四个β-二氢沉香呋喃型倍半萜多醇酯(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ)。经光谱分析及化学反应,确定Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ为该植物中首次报道的已知化合物,Ⅳ为新化合物。通过一对菜青虫(Pieris rapae)的初步杀虫试验,证明一对该昆虫具有一定的拒食活性。 From the seed oil of Yunnan Euonymus bungeanus Maxim., four β-dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene polyol esters (Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ) have been isolated by reverse phase HPLC. On the basis of spectral analysis and chemical reaction, Ⅰ,Ⅱ, and Ⅲ which have been first reported in this plant, were identified as known compounds, and Ⅳ was elucidated as new compound. A preliminary insecticidal test of 1 against insect Pieris rapae showed that I had moderate insect antifeedant effect.
