摘要
杂质元素、净化、晶粒细化、变质处理和热处理等工艺因素对铸造Al-Si-Mg合金机械性能会产生一定的影响 ,提高这类合金机械性能的途径有控制杂质元素、对合金液进行有效的净化、采用合理的合金化和热处理。
Degassing, inclusion removal, grain refinement, eutectic silicon modification and heat treatment may have some influence on the mechanical properties of cast AL Si Mg alloys. The improvement of this mechanical properties can be achieved through control over impurity elements, effective degassing of alloy liquid and rational alloying and heat treatment.
