摘要
本文将薄层色谱应用于石油产品中烃类的分析。选择了合适的分离条件,从煤油、柴油和润滑油馏分中分离与鉴定了饱和烃、单环芳烃、双环芳烃、多环芳烃和极性化合物。应用薄层制备色谱,从柴油中分离出上述四种较纯的烃类。结果表明,此法具有设备简单、操作方便、分离快速、灵敏度及分辨率高、显色选择性大和所需费用低等优点,可用于油品的日常分析。
Thin layer chromatographic behavior of various hydrocarbons has been studied. By selecting appropriate conditions, saturated hydrocarbons, mononuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, di-nuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons and polarcompounds in kerosene, diesel oil and lubricating oil are separated and detected. Preparative scale chromatography is used to separate diesel oil into four hydrocarbons. The results show that these methods are simple, rapid, versatile and of low cost and can be successfully used in routine analysis of petroleum products.
