摘要
用Al_2O_3-SiO_2-MgO为载体的铜铋催化剂,在淤浆鼓泡床中进行了甲醛炔化反应合成丁炔二醇。探讨了反应液pH值、乙炔分压和甲醛初始浓度对反应的影响,在搅拌速度1200/1400r/min,催化剂负荷10~100克/升浆液,甲醛浓度1~13mol/L浆液,乙炔分压0.05~0.25MPa,催化剂平均粒径0.1mm,温度<100℃范围内,得到了该反应的幂函数及双曲函数型动力学模型。
Based on the study of acetylenecatalyst, the optimum process and reaction kinetic behaviors of 1, 4-butynediol synthesis under lower acetylene partial pressure, 0.1~0.16 MPa has been investigated in a slurry bubbling bed reactor. With proper selected reaction conditions, the exponential and hyperbolic kinetic models obtained not only can be used for the process development of this product but also present reasonable results for verification of the reaction mechanisms.
