摘要
通过对47例神经症的MMPI测图分析可知:在判断MMPI测图是否为神经症测图时,中国T分的两点编码的应用价值比美国T分的大,但由于其测试结果与临床符合率只有53％,故测试结果仅供临床参考。由于各类神经症测图中未显示出反映各自特点的两点编码模式类型,故两点编码对神经症的分型没有帮助。
According to the analysis of MMPI measueing chart in 47 neurosis,authors found that when we judge whether MMPI neasuring chart was neurosis measuring chart,the applied value of the 2-piont code in the Chinese T score was higher than that in the American. Because the consistent vate of measuring result with clinic was only 53%, the measuring result was for clinical reference only. Since all the neurosis measuring chart did'nt show 2-point code model type reflecting selfcharacteristic,the 2-point code had no help to the classification of neurosis.
