摘要
通过对不同的材料及表面处理工艺的抽油泵泵筒和柱塞摩擦副耐磨性试验研究,对选用的摩擦副按柱塞先失效原则进行了排序,将摩擦副磨损后的表面进行了电镜观察分析,认为45钢镍磷镀作泵筒和与45钢镀铬作柱塞组成的摩擦副是较理想的配磨组合。
