摘要
借助有限元分析软件,以"胜利作业三号"自升式修井平台起升系统的重要部件———齿轮齿条传动装置为研究对象,计算了起升系统在3种作业状态下的接触应力和弯曲应力,完成了传动装置的接触疲劳强度、弯曲疲劳强度以及弯曲静强度的安全性校核,并在此基础上进行了概率可靠性分析。计算分析得出的结论对平台的设计、制造和管理具有一定的指导意义。
<Abstrcat>?By using the FEM software,the paper calculates the contact stress and bending stress of the gear/rack drive equipment, which is one of the most important parts of the'ShengLi Operation NO3'jackup well workover platform's elevating system.On the base of the result,safety verifications and reliability analysis on the contact fatigue strength, bending fatigue strength and static bending strength have been finished.The conclusions presented in the paper is of importance to the design, manufacture and managements.
