摘要
我国小学幼儿园教师队伍建设存在问题主要表现在三个方面 :职前培养的失误 ;应试教育的负面效应 ;继续教育工作有待改进和加强。做好小学幼儿园教师继续教育工作应从四个方面入手 :规划的制定与落实 ;网络建设与培训管理 ;突出骨干教师培训 ;强化“窗口”示范作用。
The existing problems of the development of the kindergarten teachers in primary schools in China lie in three aspects: fault training before their practice, negative effect of exam oriented education, and the teacher's further training to be improved and enhanced. In order to this work well, we should begin with four approaches: formulation and implement of the planning; construction of the network and administration of the training; pushing forwa key teachers' training; strengthening the exemplary role of 'windows'.
