摘要
本文在分析了热式气体质量流量传感器机理的基础上,研制了一种智能热式气体质量流量计(ITGMF)。它采用了先进的Intel 8031单片微机进行数据处理,较好地解决了目前各种TGMF存在的非线性、温漂等问题,提高了测量精度,其主要性能指标达到国际上八十年代同类产品水平。
An Intelligent Thermal Gas Mass Flowmeter (ITGMF) is developed on the basis of the analysis of mechanism of thermal gas massflow sensors. Data processing is carried out with an advanced single-chip Intel 8031 microcomputer. Some problems caused by inherent nonlinearity, temperature drift etc., which exist in thermal gas mass flowmeters, are solved well so as to have measurement accuracy greatly improved. The main performance index of the ITGMF comes up to the level of similar products at world markets in 80's.
