摘要
目的 观察大柴胡汤化裁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 将 1 2 0例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 78例应用大柴胡汤化裁治疗 ,对照组 42例单纯应用西药 (吗丁啉、雷尼替丁 )治疗 ,2组均 30日为 1个疗程 ,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 96.2 % ,对照组总有效率为 71 .4%。 2组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dachaihu decoction on bile regurgitant gastritis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with bile regurgitant gastritis were divided into two groups,Dachaihu decoction was orally taken in treatment group (n=42).Results There were significant differences between the two groups(U=3.918,P<0.01).The total effective rate (96.2%)was significantly highter in treated group than that in control group(71.4%).Conclusion Dachaihu decoction (plus or minus) is one of the effective decoctions of treating bile regurgitant gastritis.
