摘要
目的 应用MEBT/MEBO治疗大面积烧伤74例,男56例,女18例。年龄19～65岁。方法 自1998～2001年对74例大面积烧伤病人应用MEBT/MEBO治疗,配合抗休克疗法,抗感染疗法,创面液化期各种平衡疗法,营养支持疗法,综合对症治疗。应用到1例92％体表面积烧伤、40％三度面积、低血容量休克、轻度吸入性损伤治疗。结果 本组治愈67例,死亡7例,分别死于肺栓塞、严重感染,多脏器功能衰竭。结论 大面积烧伤病人经抗休克疗法,抗感染疗法,创面液化期各种平衡疗法,营养支持疗法,综合对症等全身综合治疗发展,充分展示MEBT/MEBO在烧伤治疗中的优越性。
Objective The purpose of this report is to summarize the experience of MEBT/MEBO in the management of large area burn. Methods Using MEBT/MEBO, combining antishock, anti - infective therapy and a variety of balanced treatment for liquid phase of surfase of wound,74 patients(18 women,56 men,range 19 - 65 ys. )with large area burn were treated from 1998 to 2001. mong them 1 case had a total burn area of 92% and thire degree burn area 40% ,hypovolemic shock and inhalation injury. Results 67 cases were cured and 7 cases died from pulmany emnbolism,severe infection and multiple system organ failure.Conclusions These results show that the systemic comprehensive treatment is a safe and effective technique for the treatment of large area burn and should be considered the primary treatment.
