EGF受体在H_2O_2诱导的大鼠胸主动脉血管收缩中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)是否参与了H2O2 诱导的大鼠胸主动脉血管收缩过程。方法 用EGFR阻断剂肝素、酪氨酸激酶抑制剂 (AG1478)分别从受体外和受体内阻断EGFR ,测定H2O2 诱导的去内皮大鼠胸主动脉血管收缩张力。 结果 300μMH2O2 诱导的缩血管作用可以被3μM的AG1478所拮抗 (P<0.05) ,100mg/L肝素对30μMH2O2 引起的血管环收缩阻断作用不明显 (P>0.05)。结论 H2O2 的缩血管作用可部分介导EGFR。 Objective To study whether the epithelial growth efactor receptor(EGFR) plays a role in the thoracic aorta contraction caused by H 2O 2 in rat.Methods EGFR was inhibited through the external segment or internal segment of the receptor by heparin and AG1478 respectively, the contraction of endothelial_denuded aorta ring was measwed.Results The contraction of aorta ring was antagonized by 3μm AG1478(P<0.05),but not by 100mg/L heparin(P>0.05).Conclusions EGFR may play certain role in the H 2O 2_induced thoracic aorta contraction.
