抗CD_(34)单克隆抗体标记血管生成在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要 应用免疫单抗标记的组织化学技术检测 63例人脑胶质瘤组织中 CD3 4 的表达情况 ,根据 CD3 4 阳性的血管内皮细胞计数来测定肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)。结果发现 , 、 级胶质瘤 MVD显著高于 、 级 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;术后 18个月内复发和生存期 <3年者 MVD显著高于术后 18个月内无复发和生存期≥ 3年者 (P<0 .0 1) ;MVD与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤生长部位无明显相关 (P>0 .0 5 )。认为人脑胶质瘤组织中血管形成与病理分级、术后复发及生存期密切相关 。 Expression of CD 34 in 63 cases of human gliomas were examined immunohistochemically. Microvessel density (MVD) was counted by endothelial cells immunostained by anti CD 34 antibody.The result showed MVD in gliomas of grade Ⅲ?Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅰ?Ⅱ(P <0.05). MVD in the patients who had relapse within 18 months or survived shorter than 3 years was higher than those without recurrence within 18 months or survived longer than 3 years (P <0.01). MVD was not related with the patient′s sex, age and the site of tumor (P >0.05).This suggest that MVD correlates positively to histological grade, postoperative recurrence and survival period in human glioma and that it would be a significant predicting index of prognosis.
