摘要
本文针对目前高等院校人才引进工作中存在的难点 ,结合人力资源管理理论 ,从导致人才流动的根本性因素分析入手 ,探讨了以强化内部管理。
This paper aims at the present difficulties in the introduction of qualified personnel into colleges and universities?By making advantage of the theory of management of human resources, it starts with the analysis of the basic factors which result in the fluxion of qualified personnel, and probes into the working modes of introducing the qualified personnel, such as providing the main measures to strengthen the internal management and improve the internal conditions.
