国内外大麦品种对赤霉病抗病性的鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 采用土表接菌和喷灌加湿方法,对7944份国内外大麦品种资源进行了抗赤霉病性鉴定。经1977—1987年的初筛、复筛和异地联合鉴定,筛选出抗病品种27个,中抗品种394个。统计分析表明,大麦品种对赤霉病的抗性,二棱比多棱强,裸大麦比皮大麦强;各品种类型中,又以二棱裸麦抗性最强。抗赤霉病的大麦品种资源,国内主要分布于病害流行的长江中、下游诸省(市);国外以日本、瑞典、丹麦等国品种中,抗性材料的出现机率较高。 During 1977—1987,7944 collections of barley varieties were tested for resistance to fusarium graminearum.Barley plants in plots were inocu- lated with infected barley kernels.To facilitate infection the plots were sprinkled with water at heading peried of plant. As a result,27 varieties showed more stability of resistance and 394 collections showed moderate resistance. Based on statistical analysis of varietal reaction it was found that the 2-rowed barley varieties had greater resistance to scab than the 4-rowed or the 6-rowed varieties.Moreover,the hulless varieties were more resistant than the hulled varieties,especially the 2-rowed ones. Our study revealed that some resistant and moderete resistant vari- eties were distributed mainly in provinces of the middle and lower reaches of Yangzi River,where scab disease prevails.Some collections from Japan,Sweden and Daemark showed hight percentage in resistance to scab.
