摘要
1986—1987年应用新的福建鉴别品种,鉴定了来自本省34个县(市)的240个有效单孢菌株,区分为7群25个中国小种,进一步划分为56个福建小种,其中ZG_1Ff_1和ZG_5Ff_1为优势小种。根据1986—1987年稻瘟病菌福建小种的区系组成及侵染主栽品种的小种出现频率,参号1978和1981年珍龙系统品种抗性丧失的实际情况,曾预计1988—1989年本省主要抗病品种78130系统、金早6号和矮梅早3号等不会在大面积上丧失抗瘟性,实践证明这个估计是正确的。双抗77001和谷农13,仍为抗谱较广的品种,可继续作抗稻瘟病育种的抗源。
During 1986—1987,five varieties from widely cultivated varietiesand resistant donors in Fujian Province were selected and employed asthe auxiliary differentials for races of rice blast in Fujian.In addition
to other seven Chinese differential varieties,a set of 12 differentialswas established in Fujian Province.240 isolates from monoconidial cul-ture were collected from 34 counties(cities)in Fujian and identified on
these differential varieties.The results showed that the isolates couldbc divided into 7 groups consisting of 25 Chinese races.These 25 Chineseraces were futher divided into 56 Fujian races,among them ZG_1Ff_1 andZC_(15)Ff_1 were dominate races.Previous and present information demonstrated that the widely cul-tivated varieties,such as 78130 Jin-Zao No.6 and Ai-Mei-Zao No.3 etc.,did not vary in their resistance to rice blast in 1988and 1989.Shuang
-Kang 77001 and Gu-Nong No.13 are proved to be two resistant varietieswith broader resistance spectrum to rice blast and can be used as theresistant donors for rice crossbreeding.
