摘要
本研究从交配行为生物学观察入手,探讨粗鞘双条杉天牛(Semanotus bifasciatus sinoau-sfer Gressitt)性信息联系的方式。通过嗅觉仪和诱纸的测定,证实了粗鞘双条杉天牛在性信息联系上只存在着接触性的雌性识别信息素,其遍布雌体体壁;雄虫感受这种物质时下颚须起着重要作用,雄虫下颚须末端陷沟内存在着特殊感受器。雌体及雄体正己烷粗提物的高压液相色谱分离结果表明,雌体粗提物除了具有与雄体粗提物相同的四个组分外,还比雄体粗提物多出两个组分,这可能就是雌性识别信息素的成分。
Started with mating behavior observations,the sexual communica-tion mode of China-fir borer Semanotus bifasciatus sinoauster Gressitt wasinvestigated.Results of olfactometer and alluring filter paper tests
had confirmed that there is only contact female recognition pheromonein the sexual communication of this insect.It is indicated that thefemale recognition pheromone can be found all over the female bodywall.The maxillary palpus of male,with numerous peculiar sense papil-lae located in the invagination of palpus tip,plays an important role
in responce to this pheromone.A comparison between the two chroma-tograms of n-hexane extracts from both sexes showed that the femalehas two more peaks in addition to the four peaks similar to male.It issuggested that the two extra peaks are possibly the components offemale recognition pheromone.
