摘要
紧固模套是组合模具中最常使用的结构 ,由于装配前存在过盈以及工作过程中冲裁力的作用 ,设计时必须对紧固模套进行强度和刚度校核。本文介绍这两种校核的一般方法 ,并用工程实例说明。
Tight mould sleeve is the widely used structure in combined mould sleeve. Because of the fillness before assembly and action of impulsive force in the working process, the strength and rigidity of tight mould sleeve should be checked during the design. And the popular methods for checking the strength and rigidity are presented in this paper and also illustrated with examples.
