摘要
两级管理是高校管理工作中比较普遍采用的一种管理方式 ,成教两级管理主要可分为以“校”为主、以“系”为主等方式 ,每一种方式各有利弊 ,在实施过程中应注意兴利除弊 。
The administration in tertiary institutions is usually conducted at two different levels-the department level and the college or university level. Since both the department-led and the college-led models have advantages and disadvantages, it is suggested in this article that a well-measured balance should be maintained between the two for the benefit of adult education management.
