摘要
教育评价是教育改革的指挥棒 ,当前的素质教育施行还处在不断探索之中 ,要真正实施素质教育 ,须完善教育评价机制 。
Educational evaluation is the “baton de commandement' for educational reform. Quality-oriented education that has been underway across China is still on its experimental stage. True quality-oriented education calls for the perfection of educational evaluation mechanism with a scientifically-defined system of targets.
