摘要
信用是市场经济的本质要求。不讲信用的行为不因此受到惩罚 ,反而获得丰厚的经济利益 ,是造成社会普遍信用不足的主要原因。必须通过严格的信用制度和信用体系的建设 ,使失信者付出高额成本 。
The credit is a basic reguirement for market economy.Non-credit behaviour can not be punished and on the contrary car obtain rich economic benefits,which has caused commonly inadequate credit in society.We must establish strict credit institution and system so as to make people without credit pay high costs and form good social atmosphere of trustworthiness. [
