摘要
社会进步需要具有创新素质的人才,国家富强需要具有创新素质的人才,个人的发展也离不开创新素质。实践证明,创新素质可以培养,而且需从小培养。中小学如何实施创新素质教育,已成为一个迫切需要研究的问题。笔者对培养中小学生创新素质的重要性、内涵、教学策略等方面进行了一些探讨,以期对创新素质教育有所裨益。
The progress of the society needs the persons with creative qualities , so do the country抯 prosperity and the personal development. The practice proves that creative qualities can be cultivated and should be trained from childhood. In primary schools, how to give the pupils the creative quality education has become an urgent problem. Therefore, under the guidance of epistemology of Marxism, this thesis attempts to probe the importance, connotation and tactics of training the pupils?creative qualities in order to be helpful to the creative quality education.
