摘要
诚信是《公民道德建设实施纲要》提出的公民道德的基本规范之一。在中国传统道德规范中,诚信的含义是人与人相处时应当诚实无欺、言行一致。在公民道德建设中,诚信道德应成为公民的立人之本、家庭之道、经商之宝、交友之道和为政之本。
Honesty and keeping one抯 word is one of the basic codes of citizen抯 moralities according to The Implementation Outline for Citizen抯 Virtue Development. For traditional Chinese ethics, honesty and keeping one抯 word means being honest, no cheat, and being as good as one抯 word in interpersonal association. In the development of citizen抯 virtue, honesty and keeping one抯 word should become the foundation for being a man, the ethics for a family, the treasure for doing business, the ethics for making friends and the foundation for being a leader.
