摘要
目的 :采用酸性染料比色法测定宁心滴丸中的环维黄杨星D。方法 :于 4 10nm波长处检测显色后的氯仿提取液。结果 :环维黄杨星D在 0 .9896～ 7.4 42 0 μg/ml范围内的直线回归方程为A =0 .0 4 813+ 0 .0 6 432C ,相关系数r =0 .9997,回收率为 10 0 .0 % ,RSD =1.7%。结论 :该方法简便、准确、无干扰 。
Objective:The content of cyclovirobuxinum D in Ningxin dropping pills was determined by acid dye colorimetric (ADC).Method:The colored chloroform solvent phase was examined at wavelength of 410 nm.Result:The linear regression of cyclovirobuxinum D in the range of 0.989 6～7.422 0 μg/ml was A=0.048 13+0.064 32C with correlation coefficient r=0.999 7.The recovery rate of cyclovirobuxinum D was 100.0% with RSD=1.70%. Conclusion:This method is accurate,simple,non interferential and can be used for the quality control of Ningxin dropping pill.
